Scifiniti Publishing is pleased to announce the launch of its new peer-reviewed, open-access journal, Organic and Medicinal Chemistry Connect, which focuses on the interface of organic synthesis, medicinal chemistry, and translational drug discovery.

The journal provides a platform for scientists in academia, biotechnology, and pharmaceutical industries to share advances that support innovation in the discovery of therapeutics addressing unmet medical needs. The journal is led by Dr. Taleb AlTel as, Editor-in-Chief, who also serves as Chief Scientific Officer and Director of Medicinal Chemistry at Manglovo Health, New York, USA. With his expertise, he will guide the journal in maintaining high-quality publications that integrate chemistry and biology for therapeutic applications.

The journal aims to:

  • Connect the disciplines of organic chemistry, chemical biology, and medicinal chemistry to support the discovery of novel bioactive molecules.
  • Promote innovation in drug design through the integration of synthetic chemistry, molecular modeling, chemoproteomics, and target-based pharmacology.
  • Provide a forum for rapid communication of high-impact findings through research letters, communications, and perspectives.
  • Highlight emerging areas such as covalent inhibitors, mono- and bivalent molecular glues, and targeted protein degradation that advance modern drug discovery approaches.
