Q.O. Malik is the Publishing Director at Scifiniti, where he leads publishing strategy, journal development, editorial operations, and quality-focused publishing initiatives across the company’s academic portfolio. He brings more than two decades of experience in scholarly publishing, with expertise in editorial management, peer-review coordination, publishing workflows, editorial board development, journal accreditation support, and publication ethics.
In his current role, he works closely with editorial teams, journal leadership, authors, reviewers, and publishing partners to strengthen publication quality, improve editorial processes, and support the continued growth and visibility of Scifiniti’s journals. He also contributes to the wider scholarly publishing community through participation in panels, webinars, workshops, and capacity-building activities focused on editorial integrity, peer-review standards, research communication, open science, and responsible publishing practices.
His leadership supports Scifiniti’s commitment to ethical, transparent, and high-quality academic publishing while helping position the company for stronger recognition within the scholarly publishing landscape.
