Dr. Elnaz Milani is an Associate Research Professor in the Department of Food Processing at the Academic Center for Education, Culture and Research (ACECR), Mashhad, Iran. She holds a Ph.D. in Food Engineering and specializes in food processing, extrusion technology, and the valorization of agricultural and food-industry byproducts. Her research focuses on the functional modification of dietary fibers and hydrocolloids, response surface methodology (RSM), and the development of functional food matrices, prebiotics, and bioactive edible coatings. Dr. Milani also serves as an academic reviewer for leading food science and technology journals.
