Peng Li, Ph.D., is a Professor and a Senior Member of IEEE. He currently serves as the Head of the Department of Intelligent Science and Technology at Beijing Jiaotong University, Beijing, China.

His research has made significant contributions to intelligent control and optimization, with applications in smart grids and modern transportation systems. His academic service includes reviewing manuscripts for scientific journals and papers for international conferences. He has also served as a Track Chair for international conferences and as an Editorial Board Member for several international journals.

Prof. Li has been instrumental in leading and contributing to numerous projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and other prestigious institutions.
