Biography:
Rami Langar is a Full Professor of Computer Science at the École de technologie supérieure (ÉTS), Montréal, Canada, since 2021, and has been affiliated with Gustave Eiffel University, France, since 2016. He was an Associate Professor at LIP6, Sorbonne University (formerly University Pierre and Marie Curie), Paris, France, between 2008 and 2016.

He received the M.Sc. degree in Network and Computer Science from Sorbonne University in 2002, and the Ph.D. degree in Network and Computer Science from Telecom ParisTech, Paris, France, in 2006. In 2007 and 2008, he was with the School of Computer Science, University of Waterloo, ON, Canada, as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow.

His research interests include resource management in 5G/6G and O-RAN networks, green networking, machine learning for communications and networks, cybersecurity, digital twins, and quantum AI.
