Biography:

Rachid Saadane is a Full Professor of Electrical Engineering and Head of the LaGeS Laboratory at the Hassania School of Public Works (EHTP) in Casablanca, Morocco. He holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science and Telecommunications Engineering from Mohammed V University in Rabat, completed jointly with the Eurecom Institute in France.

His research focuses on advanced communication technologies and artificial intelligence, including 5G/6G systems, blockchain for smart cities, and machine learning applications. A certified Huawei ICT Academy instructor, he serves on multiple editorial boards and acts as a reviewer for international scientific journals and conferences.
